Freelance individual services available on per hour or daily rate. All fees payable in advance. No extra or hidden fees.
Video Business Cards and Promotional content is charged on a per project basis. All fees include prep & shooting days, plus location fees, if any.
Drone aerial work fees are based on the size and scope of the individual project.
CINEMATOGRAPHER
STELLERJAY FILMS (Nigel Paquin) brings 10 years of filmmaking experience to the table with his knowledge in cinematography and aerial drone piloting skills. Our rate includes his equipment rental with the exception of expendables.

EDITING
Includes importing, organizing, editing to a timeline, color grading/correcting and final delivery of the content. We prefer FCPX & Davinci Resolve. We are proud to say we use Frame.io as our post workflow system for content collaboration.
VIDEOGRAPHER
Our videographer will shoot your event with a single camera, lighting, and audio are included. Additional fees may occur due to distances or long travel needed.

How much does a VBC promotion video cost?The price varies depending on site location and the extent of the video. Just fill out our contact form and select Video Business Card and we'll send you a brochure.

Do you require a deposit?Yes we do, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your video or cameraman.

Can we have a meeting before the video shoot?Yes, we will go over all apects of your business so we can understnad how everything works. Then we'll form a set of questions that are tailored to your needs so there's no suprises on filming day.

How does the editing process work?We will create a short version of your video then we use a platform called Frame.io that enables us to show your project and get crucial feedback. Revisions are fine, in fact we want you to be part of the edting process. Once a project is started we will invite you to your custom folder. You can access your video with their ios app or desktop. We love this system as it makes the whole process seamless and fast.

How does music copyright issues work?We use some amazing subscription music services that offer the best content in the industry. Once your video is uploaded we add the link to our music subscription account and you're cleared for any copyright issues or problems. It's super smooth!

Can I have the raw unedited files after a video shoot?Generally we don't send all the video files to clients for a few reasons. If you do require them there will be an additional fee. Please enquire for rates.
